Strength and Conditioning

A classic functional training class, typically with a strength section where we practice a certain lift and technique followed by a sweaty WOD “workout of the day”. In these classes we practice everything from olympic lifting, gymnastics and other functional movements.
 

Classes are from beginners to advance, all exercises and movement are scalable to
your own level.

HIIT starts again in november

A class without the technical olympic lifting techniques but with the same high
intensity! Here we use things like kettlebells, wall balls and body weight to sweat out functional movements that strengthen your whole body.


Classes are from beginners to advance, all exercises and movement are scalable to
your own level.
